| Reaching out to the apex of quality
The Al Raffah hospital believes in quality at its best. From the very inception, we have ensured that all measures are taken to ensure that there are absolutely no compromises when it comes to quality.
One of the first steps that were taken to ensure impeccable quality was the establishment of the Quality Management Department. It was entrusted upon them to guarantee safety and unfailing quality improvement to add comfort to our patients’ experiences with us.
With its Performance Improvement Program, the QMD intends to help our employees evaluate themselves and continually look to improvements in areas that they themselves feel require more attention. Not just that, it helps them measure outcomes and determine priorities as well.
The Performance Improvement Program oversees the functions of Quality Improvement and Quality Assurance at Al Raffah.
There are also strategic plans to lead the hospital towards accomplishment of the Joint Commission International Accreditation (JCIA). The preparations have started long before the laying of the foundation blocks of the building and everyday is a step closer to achieving this goal. |
